Trend Spotlight: Neon & Neutrals

I am beyond excited about Spring arriving, which means Summer is right around the corner and time to bust out the fun, bright, loud colors in my wardrobe. Ok, so even though I live in South Florida {which means the temperature is equivalent to Summer all year long} I still like to simulate the changing of seasons with my color choices.

Pairing NEON & NEUTRALS is a trend that has taken off this season and one that I’m absolutely embracing. Not to mention it gives me an acceptable excuse to wear bright colors at the office {winning!}. Don’t get me wrong, neon & neutrals is not just for the office, that just happens to be where I am 5 days a week and have to be a bit more cautious with my outfit choices.

This trend is designed for us ladies on a budget also! Since you probably already have a variety of basic blouses, pants, and blazers in your closet, you can simply update your look by purchasing a few neon pieces to play with. Perhaps a fun colored clutch or statement jewelry pieces.

Neon colors I’m loving paired together with neutral pieces: {Hot Pink & Turquoise/Teal}, {Yellow & Gray}, {Coral & Yellow}. Let me know what some of your favorite neon colors are!
