Some mornings I wake up feeling a little sluggish. Ok, if I’m honest maybe most mornings. I’m much more of a night owl than an early riser, but on those mornings where I drag myself out of bed I like to take a seat on the outdoor patio and have my daily “electrolytenment” experience. Sitting down with my laptop, catching up on my morning emails, alongside with fresh fruit, greek yogurt, and resource® Spring Water {an absolute MUST throughout my day, but especially in the AM to get my going} is my ultimate morning routine.
p.s. I have an orange umbrella over my head that’s making my hair look reddish/orange, no I did not dye it!
