Blueberry Lemon Pancakes | 15th & VineThis past weekend my best friend came to town for a visit! Yippeee! We’ve been friends since 7th grade {inseparable back in the day}, but as often happens with life, we live in different cities now. Luckily not too far away {Orlando – Miami}, so whenever we’re together it’s like two peas in a pod: blow-outs, brunch, coffee {for her}, shopping, pool/tan, repeat.

We had so much fun popping around Miami to a few new spots {even for me} and some old faves. We discovered 15th & Vine Kitchen and Bar – the Viceroy‘s newest restaurant concept. They had me at bottomless mimosas {obv}, but the food certainly didn’t disappoint. My ‘Blueberry Lemon Pancakes’ were to die, and not much beats dining with a view. Having access to lounge poolside after brunch made for the perfect afternoon {so grateful it was actually rain free most of the day}! Of course I didn’t lug my camera around everywhere we went, but was able to capture a few fun pics I wanted to share.
