Shoesday Tuesday | The Kidmore Sneaker

Ahh the slip on sneaker…my ultimate shoe love {for the moment anyway}. I was actually somewhat of a late adopter to the whole ‘athleticism’ trend: you know, wearing sneakers + athletic wear on the regular for a casual ensemble. But then I realized how comfortable slipping on a pair of fashionable sneakers is! I honestly hope this trend never go away. It’s sort of like an even more casual version of the loafer, but for cool kids. I’d had my eye on the Joie Kidmore sneaker for weeks + was finally able to get my hands on a pair, thanks to an upcoming collab {more on that soon}. They are a tad on the pricey side {for a pair of sneakers}, but totally worth it given the quality. I accidentally got drenched in a sudden monsoon with Ashley recently, and surprisingly these babies bounced right back! I was nervous I had completely ruined them {I mean, they were drenched}, but low-and-behold, survival!
