First date, first kiss, first fight…there are so many ‘firsts’ in a relationship. Each of which should be celebrated as a milestone! Sterling + I have been together for over 8 years, and have never spent Christmas day together. It may seem crazy, but our families live in different states, and we have younger siblings that makes Christmas near and dear to our hearts, so it’s just something we’ve said we would saved until we were married to create our own traditions {5 months + counting people! Can I get an amen?!}. Haha. So although we’re still not spending Christmas together this year {don’t worry, we do Thanksgiving every year}, we did decide to order holiday cards for the first time! Notice the ‘future Mr. + Mrs.’ text đ I thought it was a cute touch. Keeping Parker still for this was quite the mission. Kudos to you mom’s out there – I don’t know how you do it with babies and kiddos.
Shutterfly offered an amazing selection of color schemes, foil, font, etc. so we were able to find the perfect set-up that suited our family best! The image we ended up selecting is actually a pose we re-created from our college days when Parker was just a puppy! Just another way we made our cards that much more special to us, as we enter this new chapter of life.
